Makoto Kina is Sailor Jupiter's civilian name. When she transfered to Juuban Junior High, the uniforms there weren't big enough for a girl as tall as Mako-chan, so she had to wear the uniform from her old school.
I was working on this costume on and off for over a year. The skirt was done without a pattern and the shirt was pieced together from a T-shirt. It was finally completed the day I left for Ohayocon 07.
